Academics:

We take great pride in the level of academic excellence we have been able to achieve and maintain across all of our schools at MACS. As a system all 6 of our elementary schools consistantly offer to same curriculum and use the same text. This provides a consistency that you can be assured that your child will receive the same quality education whether they are attending St. Mark in Huntersville or St. Matthew in the Ballentyne area. We are very proud of the many accomplishments of our students and faculty. The following are just a few of the accomplishments:

• Consistently exceding both state and national averages on elementary and middle school national achievement tests
• A team of students from across our schools recently won 2 national titles in the National Academic Games held in Knoxville, TN
• Holy Trinity Catholic Middl School had over 25% of its 8th grade class qualify for Duke TIP (Talent Identification Program)
• Charlotte Catholic consistently achieves a 100% graduation rate with 99% continuing on to higher education.
• Over $11 million in scholarships were awarded to seniors in 2008 representing 39% of the class.
• In the past eight years CCHS has had 78 National Merit Scholarship Commended students and 29 finalists.
