Application Process

The application process is relatively simple and you should find all the information and forms you will need on this web site.

Our goal is to make a quality Catholic education available to anyone in the Charlotte/Mecklenburg area that wants this for their children. To accomplish this we would suggest you go through the following process:

• Visit the schools - both at the open houses and by taking an individual tour.
• Decide on your first choice for a school and your second and third choices. All schools offer the same curriculum and their is bus transportation available so location becomes less of an issue. Every effort will be made to get you child into your first choice school.
• Review the Tuition and determine if it will be necessary to apply for tuition assistance.
• Review the application process for the grade level, the information required and the application forms and any test requirements.
• Apply as eary as possible both for the school and for tuition assistance if it is needed. The earlier you apply the better chance for timely acceptance and tuition assistance decision.
